Christine, a multi-talented team member at Hamstra Roofing, shines in reception, sales, supporting Judy, and leveraging her skills in volunteering, art, color selection, and permit processing. Known as Sunshine, she smoothly manages various business operations.

In her spare time, Christine actively volunteers at local churches, 5K runs, golf outings, and Chicago Heights art gallery, reflecting her dedication to community service.

Also a mother and empty nester, she utilizes her interior design degree to guide customers on skylights and roofing color choices.

“I can't keep myself from helping out, backing up Judy, or even volunteering at different places including an art gallery in Chicago Heights. The essence is, I find joy in being useful and creative in different roles.”

Christine's industry knowledge, drawn from a 13-year stint as an estimator at Menards and as a union laborer, is considerable. She embraces opportunities to learn about business operations at Hamstra, such as permit filing. Working with Gerry, a salesperson at Hamstra, she efficiently manages permits and liaises with local villages.

“I'm not just a mother of four grown-up boys. Here, in inside sales, I lend a hand to customers who struggle with choosing the right colors for their shingles. My background in interior design certainly comes in handy during such instances.”

Her blend of varied skills, dynamic personality, and commitment to service makes Christine an invaluable addition to the Hamstra Roofing team.
