When life gives you potty problems, we make lemonade.

Today, we're working at yet another condo association.

They've been fantastic clients over the years. Sometimes we handle a single roof for them, other times as many as eight. This year, we're tackling four projects for them.

However, last year, they requested that we remove our Porta Potties from the premises, suggesting our crew use the local gas station instead. It's understandable that no one wants a Porta Potty as their window view. Initially, I was taken aback, wondering about the rationale. But they clarified that their bylaws prohibit Porta Potties on site.

Now, as the owner of Hamstra Roofing, I have a legal and moral duty to provide temporary facilities for my crew at job sites. Faced with this predicament, do you consult an attorney or reconsider the contract?

Our approach, we set up an 'easy-up' for the crew to provide shade. I wonder if anyone will spot the difference?

We are a 45 year old Roofing Company that figures things out because roofing is all we do and almost every project runs into snags. We’ve got the experience to make it work.
